Orders & Processing

Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on each product or during checkout. During busy seasons, processing times may vary slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors if they occur.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Once an order leaves our hands, Simply Mom Made is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products:

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging with proof of purchase
Custom or personalized items and used products are non-returnable
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs)
